Workshop Cancellation

All cancellation requests should be made to alex@understory.ie. The following conditions apply to workshop cancellations:

• 100% return of workshop fee if sufficient notice from the participant (i.e. not less than 5 working days.)

• 50% return of workshop fee if the customer notifies us less than 5 working days but more than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the workshop.

• No refund if the customer does not notify us at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the workshop.
