We really hope you are happy with your Understory purchase.
If for any reason your goods do not meet your expectation, they can be returned for a refund or exchange up to 15 days from purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging so it can be re-sold. All receipts and tags must be included.

How do I ship my order back to you?
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Alex Konieczka, The Cottage, Riverdale, Templecarrig lower, Delgany, Co. Wicklow.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or the desired product. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot take any responsibility for lost items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

What items can I return?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Terrariums which are fragile and cannot travel by post, perishable goods such as wild bird seed balls, Bird kits and Make your own Organic Cocktail kit.

- Downloadable resource products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Can I exchange an item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Can I get a refill?
Absolutely, we love to refill bottles with products such as the organic plant food, however you will have to cover the cost of shipping the bottle to us. Get in touch with us to arrange a refill at alex@understory.ie.
